Noah Zandan is the CEO and Co-Founder of Quantified.ai, and a pioneer in applying AI and behavioral science to help people practice, get feedback, and reach their potential.

He’s on a mission to improve the human connection, professional performance, and lives of millions of people around the world. 

Under Noah’s leadership, Quantified has become the leading firm in combining behavioral science, AI, and experiential learning technology to help people enhance their impact, improve their interactions, and establish greater human connection. Quantified works globally with everyone from CEOs of Fortune 10 organizations to International Leaders to TED speakers, to tens of thousands of future leaders including college and graduate students, teachers, veterans, and scientists.

Noah has delivered main-stage TED and TED-Ed talks with over 20 million views, he spoke at SXSW on the Intelligent Future, and he was nationally broadcast discussing the future of personal analytics on NPR All Tech Considered. Noah is a Daily Beast and Bloomberg contributor analyzing the language of political debates and is a Wall Street Journal expert on work communications.

In 2020, Noah published his first book, Insights Into Influence: the Strategies, Tactics, and Secrets of World-Class Leaders and Social Scientists, which has hit #1 on the Amazon Bestseller list.

His work has been featured in Harvard Business Review, the Wall Street Journal, Economist, Quartz, Forbes, ABC News, London Telegraph, and Fortune. He regularly lectures at Harvard Business School, Stanford Graduate School of Business, and the Kellogg Graduate School of Management on the intersection between leadership communication, behavioral science, and AI. 

Noah formerly specialized in quantitative analysis on Wall Street for Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank, and for Private Equity firm Brentwood Associates. He has an Economics degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Noah is the founder and executive director of the Rockway Foundation, a non-profit supporting access to education in underserved areas of Latin America.

Noah is also the sponsor and executive director of the Zandan Poll, a community poll gauging the voice of the Austin community.

He lives in Austin, TX with his amazing wife and three incredible kids.
